At Ambulatório Médico de Especialidades Caraguatatuba, medical exams such as mammography, ultrasound, tomography, endoscopy, colonoscopy, and anatomopathological and biochemical exams are carefully monitored, with an immediate alert signal activated in cases of critical results. However, communication between Scheduling, Nursing, and Social Services departments was fragmented, leading to inefficiency and rework. A computerized system was developed to integrate these areas, centralizing the flow of information in an efficient and secure manner. The system ensures data confidentiality, provides automated alerts, and generates detailed reports, promoting greater efficiency, operational cost reduction, and continuous improvement in workflows. Preliminary results indicate a more agile and efficient communication, focusing on prioritizing critical patients and enhancing operational security.
