The ease of memorizing information presented in a playful way within the hospital environment

Abstract

This study discusses the application of playful methods as a pedagogical tool within the hospital environment, focusing on improving the retention of essential information for healthcare professionals. By using games and interactive activities, the healthcare teams at Hospital da Mulher in São Paulo were effectively trained and guided, overcoming communication barriers and improving adherence to new protocols and procedures. The implementation of comic strips and educational games, such as the Kahoot! platform, proved effective in disseminating information about hospital audits and protocols. As a result, greater employee participation and interest were observed, as well as a positive impact on patient care quality.
